In Happy for No Reason: I particularly loved reaspn parts of this book talking about contracting and expanding energy and there were so many inspiring quotes doted throughout.


The book is well-written and organized. So when I received it, I was delighted that Marci covered the material of many of the scientific studies detailed in academic positive psychology without taking people through the more tedious details.
